Just go to the Malwarebytes folder in Program Files, locate the exe file, and rename it to something else, like explorer.exe. Malwarebytes can then run and remove System Security. The reason why is that System Security recognizes the filenames to popular anti-virus/malware software and stops it once it tries to run. It will allow explorer.exe to run because it's not on it's list of unallowed software. I just took it off of a laptop using this method. Hope you can get this annoying virus off of your computer too.
